We built Relocate Augusta to help military families find trustworthy local help quickly. Being upfront about how listings work is part of earning that trust — so here’s exactly how it works.
Free, featured, and paid listings
- Free listings. Many providers are listed at no cost because they serve the Fort Eisenhower / Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) community.
- Featured / paid listings. Some providers pay for a featured spot or higher placement, and some pay us a referral fee when we connect them with a family. Paid placement may affect the order in which providers appear.
- A paid placement is not an endorsement. We don’t guarantee any provider’s work, pricing, or availability.
What our listing labels mean
To be clear about what a listing does and doesn’t tell you, here’s what each label means. (We use “local providers” rather than “vetted providers” because we do not run background checks or verify licensing or insurance.)

| Listed | Basic business info found through public sources or submitted by the provider. |
| Verified | We’ve confirmed the business’s contact details and service area. |
| Featured | A paid placement or enhanced listing (the business pays for visibility). |
| Military-Friendly | The provider states they serve military/PCS customers. |
What our badges mean
Badges are based on what a provider tells us or markets publicly, and we do our best to keep them accurate — but always confirm directly:
- Military-Friendly — experienced serving military families.
- VA-Approved — experienced with VA loans/processes (lenders & realtors).
- MRP Certified — Military Relocation Professional certification (realtors).
- Veteran-Owned — owned by a veteran.
- TRICARE-Accepting — accepts TRICARE (health providers).
- Military Discount — offers a military discount.
